The book is currently listed as sold out although you might find a bookseller with a copy. When HarperCollins NZ were recently merged into HarperCollins Australia, publication rights reverted to Allan as author. The book could be republished with WILY PUBLICATIONS if appropriate resources become available. It will though be published as an e-book in 2015.
